grub dual boot help
 

please could some one help me , i could never get linux to boot so i managed to get a grub boot disk so when i booted with the disk in the grub dualboot loader whould load and i could access linux or winodws... if anyone could tell me how i can get another grub disk, i found lots of documentation on the internet but i cannot acces linux and they all need you to do it in linux , if anyone knows how to get grub to automaticaly load or if i can use the windows boot loader?
