Grub and Windows XP
 
can anyone help me.....i m a new fan of linux....i hve installed open suse and ubuntu8.04 on my laptop with vista and xp....i dont get the option of xp in grub bootloader...and click on vista i get vista bootloader from where i can boot to vista but not to xp....what should i do...to get the option of xp...in grub

Grub doesn't boot windows, it chainloads the OS and if you have multiple windows OS's you need the entries in your windows bootloader (vista). Here's a link that explains booting xp w/vista bootloader:
