Group windows in fluxbox

Hi,

I have managed to create a satisfying group-file so my windows group together when they are created in the same workspace.

But it seems that if I restart fluxbox the groups split into separate windows, or if I am in another workspace and a window is created (like a msn-window), then I send it to the workspace where all the simular windows are (in a nice group), then it doesn't merge with the rest of the group but stays outside.

Is there any way of merging two windows into a group manually if I have two windows that I want to merge into a group?

Is your fluxbox patched with the remember patch?
If it is you're almost there. remember doesn't allow
for saving group information, but you CAN keep things
on the same desktop/position. If you need to group
them you'll have to middle-drag tabs onto each other.

Cheers,
Tink

And how do I do that? I tried clicking on the tab and drag but I doesn't move. :P

Hard to say not knowing your mouse, not knowing
whether you have a middle-button and not seeing
how you middle-click. Works here with several mice
on varied computers.

:P

Thanks,

It was just the middle-button. :) Simple.
