I have about 12 Linux bulletin boards, and equal number of Linux admin, miscellaneous, news and programming boards, and twice that number of software sites bookmarked.
Use Google and search.
Probably the best of all is here, the Linux eLibrary.

the Linux Pocket Guide by O'Reilly. It's designed for Fedora Core 2 but is useful for a quick reference of commands for any distro. I don't go near Linux without it, because when I do, I forget the command I was going to use.
