i have ubuntu 12.04 lts, i got a new graphics card now the whole output is screwy how do i fix this. Windows works fine,
msi motherboard
intel i5 quad core @ 3.4 ghz
8 gb ram
card is nvidia based, galaxy brand
i was able to install drivers under mint, and the vga out works alright however i need to use DVI for windows reasons and the dvi output just messes up the screen. it has it cut up horizonatlly and has columns of the same screen every inch or so. its 100% impossible to use. Any Ideas? - im using an NVidia GT 610
