I was looking for some alternative and find go-oo. I installed them:
Quote:
$ rpm -qa|grep ooobasis
ooobasis3.2-en-US-binfilter-3.2.0-9483.i586
ooobasis3.2-en-US-impress-3.2.0-9483.i586
ooobasis3.2-core01-3.2.0-9483.i586
ooobasis3.2-en-US-math-3.2.0-9483.i586
ooobasis3.2-en-US-help-3.2.0-9483.i586
ooobasis3.2-en-US-calc-3.2.0-9483.i586
ooobasis3.2-en-US-base-3.2.0-9483.i586
ooobasis3.2-en-US-3.2.0-9483.i586
ooobasis3.2-en-US-draw-3.2.0-9483.i586
ooobasis3.2-en-US-writer-3.2.0-9483.i586
ooobasis3.2-en-US-res-3.2.0-9483.i586
I have openoffice installed. but there is no gooo.

As I understand it, it is a different build, with a few different features, of essentially the same software; the only reason that Go OO exists is due to the conditions imposed on making additions to OO itself, and, if the licensing conditions were more liberal, it wouldn't have been necessary to create the Go OO variant.
