Hi rajesh

If you could specify the distro which you are trying..

you could visit the Distro sites to get good standard E-books

like you ahve for Suse,Redhat-Fedora,Slackware

Start out with Mandrake, probably most user friendly distro, i have ever seen, should make your linux journey pianless.

As far as as installation is concerned, this should certainly help you out :
