Hi Diana94. It looks like the installation of Windows started but it didn't complete, so it damaged the Operating System that was originally installed in your computer. Or perhaps it was the deleting of some of the existing partitions that damaged the original installation.
However the computer is still good all you need to do is re install an Operating System.
To install Ubuntu in it all you need to do is go http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop
And download the version that best suit your need. I meant 64 BIT or 32 BIT if your computer has less than 2 GB of RAM.
Once you have the file downloaded (It should be in ISO format) Follow the steps on this link to create a bootable USB flash drive with your downloaded here is the link http://www.ubuntu.com/download/deskt...ick-on-windows
Once you have that done all you need to do is start your computer from that USB and start the installation
