Entirely upto yourself, i prefer gnome over kde but that is just me.

And yeah, my vote goes to KDE. All those gnome fanboys ... I don't know how you bear it .. konqueror > firefox , kmail is better than thunderbird

AMAROK ... there is nothing quite like it .. if you haven't used amarok start now!
