Gmail checker - notifier - watcher?
 
I am using Ubuntu 10.10 (OS) with Firefox (Browser). I use gmail and would like a notifier/checker/watcher. I would like to be able to add a sound (wav) to the notification options. I would prefer not to use the terminal to download. Please suggest.
