glxinfo not on my computer?

I'm setting up half-life and I'm having some opengl problems
http://lhl.linuxgames.com/howto/half....5.html#AEN251

It says there that I should do #glxinfo but when I do it I just get command not found, and locate glxinfo doesn't find it, where can I get glxinfo???

chakkerz@stormcrow:~$ locate glxinfo
/usr/X11R6/bin/glxinfo
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/doc/html/glxinfo.1.html
/usr/X11R6/man/man1/glxinfo.1x.gz

so that means it should come with X... what version are you running ? X.org or XFree86 ?

Check the FedoraCore site, they should have a packet browser, just run a search for glxinfo
