glx problem


Hello Linux experts,

In terminal, I have typed glxinfo. Then following message displayed

root@ubuntu:~# glxinfo
name of display: :0.0
Xlib: extension "GLX" missing on display ":0.0".
Xlib: extension "GLX" missing on display ":0.0".
Xlib: extension "GLX" missing on display ":0.0".
Xlib: extension "GLX" missing on display ":0.0".
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Please suggest me something to sort out this problem.

First of all, you should not be running X or X applications as root.

Second, please show us your /var/log/Xorg.0.log file.
