Question Global configuration for KDE or GNOME


how can i make site-wide, global default configuration for KDE or GNOME desktop. I mean, I want to create shortcuts on desktop for certain applications while creating new users. where and how can i do that. Thanks in advance for any of your help.

I haven't tried, it but I guess you could make one new account, make it the way you want it like a default. When you are happy with the default configuration, copy that home folders content to /etc/skel/
