Contact your system administrator.

For maintenance, it is asking to enter the root user password.

System enters into maintenance mode for eliminating further crash of data.

This, in NO WAY, helps the OP. You could have explained WHY that usually happens, and asked further questions to assist.

OP, this normally happens when a system is not shut down correctly, and the journal on the disk has a problem. You don't post the rest of the message, but chances are, it's telling you to run an fsck command on a partition/disk or two. The command should be on the screen, and tell you which partition to run it on. I'd run it with the -a option, to automatically correct errors. After that, reboot the system from the command line, and see what happens.
