Did you download tar.gz file or the other one? Will you attach an image of the readme and/or install file,if possible?

Hi,

I have used tar.gz only. Now I am getting some different errors as folows
1. <GID>DIR>/gid.exe :libpng12.so.0 NO version information available (required by gid.exe)
2.<GID>DIR>/gid.exe :error while loading shared libraries :<GID_DIR>/lib/mesa652/libGL.so.1 can not restore segment port after reloc : Permission denied

Please help regarding this

How does the .gz file contain exe for the package? exe is meant for windows systems. Why not look into README or similar file that may be included.

When u unzip and untar the tar.gz you can see the same. Also I am not running gid.exe directly. Execution of gid internally calls gid.exe

You can try with the other package too.Did you followed this instructions?
