Getting drivers loaded for a Brother MFC7360N

I have downloaded and installed drivers to linux mint but I have not figured out how to do it for Zorin. I can use some help but please do it so a 71 year old can understand.

thank you

Since Zorin and Mint are Debian-based distros, the installation procedure is the same.

Go here to download the Brother driver install tool. Click on the large blue button to agree to the EULA and download the driver install tool. You will get a popup dialog box to choose to save the file. There will also be a set of step-by-step instructions on how to use the tool to install the driver.

Hi...

Welcome to the forum :)

Zorin is based on Ubuntu so I wouldn't think the process would be any different than what it was for Mint. ;)

Please go here and download the printer and scanner .deb files (or the "Driver Install Tool" that bigrigdriver mentioned) that coincide with your copy of Zorin's architecture, 32 bit or 64 bit. Once downloaded, you should be able to double click on them to install them. :)

Regards...

Hi...

Just FYI, your link gave a "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN" error. Not sure why.
