Getting Belkin usb wifi to work in puppy linux

I have lucid puppy 5 and I have not been able to get a
BELKIN Wireless G USB Network Adapter. 802.11 - 54 Mbs
The router is Ubee and from charter.

Does anyone have an idea of a good program for this?

Any help appreciated.

Belkin does not support Open-Source Operating Systems (IE Linux) ... There are ways to try and trick it ... And it works for some people and not for others (Depending on distro, hardware, etc), I recently tried to help my cousin setup his Belkin to no avail, But here are a few links with what to try, Maybe it'll work for you:

WORKING IN UBUNTU

LINUX DRIVERLOADER
Where this does support Belkin it has as a note:
Version 2000, 2011, 2013 and 3002 of the Belkin F5D7050 Wireless G USB Network Adapter are currently not supported

GETTING IT TO WORK USING NDIS WRAPPER AND REALTEK DRIVERS

As far as I understand this is the best method. A lot of sites I visited while trying to install on my cousin's 'puter recommended this way.

As I said, it did not work for me, but did for others. Hope you find something at least a little helpful. Good luck getting it to work.
