get slack for window 10
 
i have 2 petitions on windows 10 both are primary one if formated and has the win 10 system on it the other is primary and is not formated also the windows shell does not work i can not use ftp or telnet all i have is my browser for now i would like to make one primary a linux hd and also set up another hd for swap file i also do not have a cd burner so i am going to have to run the setup from the hard drive from windows dir C:/slackware but i do not know hoe to download to this dir or setup the boot disks
DAARN back in 1992 i had a 386 and downloaded all the disk sets to the hard drive ran the setup to make the root and boot on floppy then wrote the setup to 14 floppys and ran the setup and installed slack lost the darn thing in a fire but i miss the things in could do with it and back then it took 3 hrs to role you own kernel

no more floppy dude.
now days it is burn it to a flash drive.

if you want to keep a windows 10.
are you dual booting these two windows?

get Slack

you can HTTP download a full DVD #1 of Slackware and burn it to a USB Stick.

Make sure your usb stick has at least 2.3 GB's for the iso.;)

man never leaves anything to the imagination....

let them use there / exercise their brains IMO ... just saying... Especially with Slackware. ;)

You may wish to consider using a free virtual machine to run both windows 10 and any number of linux/bsd/other OS's at the same time.
