gentoo env-update AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'env_update'

Hi,

we have small server-clients system. Server and clients are running gentoo.
There is a script that sync the data from server to the clients. At the place where env-update is called i get the AttrError message. When i test from terminal and try:
ssh root@client env-update
i get again the error message. So what i am susspecting is that something with the enviremont does not function quite well. Another test showed me:
ssh root@client ll
and ll was not known but on the client the alies is defined.

Thanks

Have you updated python?

the problem has been resolved after testing:
ssh root@client "bash -c -l 'env-update'; exit;"
