GCC Version

Hi,

Just installed Suse Linux Enterprise Server 10 SP2.

It has gcc version 4.1.2 installed.

I need 4.1.0 installed.

Can anyone provide me with details on how to go about this?

I'm new to Linux.

Any help is much apprecisted.

Regards,

Ciaran.

Why do you have to downgrade?

Welcome to LQ.

gcc = > 4.1.0 means 4.1.0 or newer.

4.1.2 is newer (better) than 4.1.0 .
