gcc installation failed in fedora 14

Hi!
I am using fedora 14.
When I try to install gcc using yum (# yum install gcc*) the following error appeared.

Quote:
Loaded plugins: langpacks, presto, refresh-packagekit
Adding en_US to language list
Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: fedora. Please verify its path and try again
Please help me
