look into WineX at www.transgaming.com

I'm told it runs Diablo 2 without any trouble.

If you have LOD, it's quite simple. Follow the steps from: http://www.latte.ca/D2LOD/. If not, it's much harder (I can't get it to work, another thing is that I don't try hard).

I'll be looking into it myself. I have beat Diablo a while ago and bought D2 but never played it too much.

Recently (in the last year) I started playing it on my laptop and it kept crashing windows, so I stopped.

Now I'm curious if I can get it up and running with WineX.

I can't wait to try (this weekend or something) because I loved the game (the little that I played of it)

Tried it with WineX, doesn't work. Probably because my Nvidia drivers. I will try it with the new ones.

According to this:

http://www.transgaming.com/gamepage.php?gameid=3

Diablo 2 should be working fine. So there's hope.
