FTP question about exporting users


We are running Red Hat Linux 9 (Shrike) and This is our FTP server.
I need to know if there is anyway I can export all teh user accounts (and passwords if possible) to a txt

With most ftp servers, the accounts are the same as the system accounts.
The list of users is in /etc/passwd
About exporting users, you should consider using something like NIS/NYS/NIS+
