Put each of those into google and find out about it for yourself
These have in common that they are client & server programs. Windows only gives you the client, unless you have a server version of windows. Linux gives you client & server. There are often several clients(users) using one server, or service in wondows speak. You might realise your ordinary distro has enough software to run a full web server, and network or file server, and also to be a user on such services.

Usually also, the server program ends in a 'd' e.g. ftpd, nfsd, dhcpd (Presume that's what you meant)

Before answering your questions ,I am asking you a question , what is DNCP ?

Try to ask questions in correct way ...and google for answers before asking ..
