Also, does any of these have like a "auto" mode so I don't have to change modes manually ? lol or is this asking too much?

OK, think I am a bit "lost" here .....I want to be able to open the program up , set something to "auto" detect mode for binary ,ASCII so that I don't have to fool with it again..?

I'm trying to use gFTP also, however my issue is that when i try to download something i have to select the actual files manually. Is it possible to be able to grab a directory from the remote window, drag it the the local folder and then it adds all the files that are in any directories inside that folder??? As when i drag and drop it only seems to make a directory and i have to then go into the folder and do all the files manually?? I've looked around in the options but am unable to find anything about it??

Help me please
