what does that mean?

Is 192.168.1.1 your remote FTP server.
whats your IP?

through Nmap, I dont see FTP Port opened.
It means that FTP port is not opened for your machine network to access or the FTP admin might have blocked for your access.

Are you able to access the ftp server through web browser.
Just go to Browser and type ftp://<yourftpservername>

and see if you can access.

I guess your server side needs to be configured.

i think its not enabled i have to enable first then i hope FTP will work.

21 number port is not enabled how to enable all ports related FTP?
