fsck screwing up

Everytime I reboot, fsck says my drive hasnt been checked and scans it. First it said it hasnt been checked in 1,114 days, checked forced. Then the next boot it said my drive hasnt been checked in 48,829 days, check forced. Im not even 48,829 days old, let alone this system. Is there a way to stop this?

Is the date or time screwed up on your system?

Just stop it from checking altogether by using the tune2fs command.

Thanks, I'll do that. The hardware time is cool, I dont know why fsck would malfunction like that.
