fsck.reiserfs /dev/sda2 failed

I'm using a SuSe 9.0 Linux and I just rebuilt an array (RAID1) because of a failure on one of the hard drive (critical error). When I reboot I had this error;

--rebuild-tree required.
fsck.reiserfs /dev/sda2 failed (status 0x4).

I then tried to boot using Memory Test, the result was below;

kernel (hd0,1)/boot/memtest.bin
Error 15: File not found

Please help with these error messages.

Many Thanks.

Did you try running fsck.reiserfs with --rebuild-tree as it advised?

The problem is it gives me this display
"Give root password to login"
I've tried entering my user name and password but it's just displaying "incorrect login". What is this "root password" that it's asking for?
