fsck.ext3: Unable to resolve 'UUID=..... error on startup fedora 10

so I was trying to mount a network drive using fstab in fedora 10 and I messed it up. I then repaired the file back to the way it was and ever since It wont boot up it just gives me this error:

Code:

fsck.ext3: Unable to resolve 'UUID=347ff977-f638-4f46-a256-d9ca5dd08cdb'
                        [FAILED]

then it gives me a command prompt to try and fix the problem. I have a repair disk but even when I go in that way I am not sure what to do.

thanx for the help

nevermind I fixed the problem and it is too complicated to explain. so nevermind

Though it is too complicated, it would be nice if you could hint how you solved so that members coming later with similar issues could benefit from this thread.

in short I used the wrong fstab file. If the parameters are different, as they were in the one I was booting with, then you end up with some bad errors. and if you try fsck or anything like that it comes up clean since the HD is fine. so that was the problem
