You can download RHEL source for free, but unless you want to spend weeks building it, I suggest you download CentOS instead. CentOS is built from the RHEL source, and only the trademarks (logos) have been replaced.

It's not similar, it's identical. The download link is in my original post; just look for the word download on the top of the page to find your local mirror.
Redhat EL6 with no paid account :
No package install is possible with yum etc.
Scientific Linux is not guaranteed to be binary compatible with RHEL. While they are built from the same sources, dependencies can vary leading to minor incompatibilities. A requirement for CentOS is 100% binary compatibility.
