From ogg to mp3, is that possible?

I know that I can use Audiokonverter to convert other formats to ogg, but is it possible for me to make and mp3 out of ogg?

There is a nice program called sox that can convert between many different audio types.
If you don't want to manually adjust the bitrate, you could simply enter:
sox file.ogg file.mp3

You may need to download a package for your distro from an alternate site to be able to use MP3s however.
That includes audacity.
