frodo - What is is

I am trying to configure SAMBA using SWAT.
In the documentation for SWAT "Chapter 37. SWAT: The Samba Web Administration Tool, Page 2-3" under the heading "Locating the Swat file" the following command is listed:

frodo:~ # swat -?

The message "command not found" is returned when I execute that command.

I can find no reference to 'frodo' anywhere on my system. A Google search brought me to the "frodo' website which was of no help.

This command would seem to be very useful and it is used later on in the chapter to locate other support files.

Any help would be appreciated.

P.S. I can't understand why a "help" file will use a term that it is itself an unknown.

Thanks. Sometimes the obvious is not apparent, especially for a newbie.
