Friendly Relevent Kernel Guide


Hello I am looking for a relevent guide to compile and install a new kernel if you can lead to a few links that would be great. Thanks!

A couple of docs (.pdf) to look for, LNAG "Linux Newbie Administrators Guide" Date january 2004

The Linux Pocketbook (.pdf)

And check the LDP site. (linux documentation project)

Or do a search of these forums, in the distro your using.
