free PC broadband to any landline calls
 
How to make FREE calls from PC with broadband to landline phones in ANY country?

I do not mean very low cost calls and so on.

quite literally: totally, completely, absolutely FREE and to ANY landline in the world, not just US or EU countries.

please explain, what are the codecs, setup, equipment and operating system should I use.

I am looking for technical answer, not a "register and pay" solution
there are 257 countries, not 40 as per Skype.

I know it is very hard to believe it, but let's try.

The problem is the landline connection costs money and you may be legally responsible for taxes. I use Ooma and love it but it costs $3.83 a month.

Gee, I'm actually in the market for a Totally FREE program that will pay my utility and morgage bills for FREE. The problem is that I'm not really certain one exists, Likewise, I have never heard of of a completely free phone client. Google is free within the states but not outside the country. What exactly makes you think this wonderful program exists? Now, you are kinda being a jerk. People are trying to help and you are throwing it back in their faces. Learn some manners.

Now Do you have one particular country or one particular location in mind. Or do you need to be able to speak to the world for free?
Voice over Ip is free with many protocols, but bridging the gap to a bell network, not to mention many bell networks will cost somebody.

You can only do "free" computing device to computing device (actually, it's not free if you pay for your broadband, because it uses your broadband).

Once your calls go out over commercial phone lines, you have to pay a phone company.

frankbell, my unlimited shared broadband cost is very negligible, also is free at free Wi-Fi hot spot public areas. And calls onto landlines and mobiles around the globe are in huge amounts and expensive per every minute.

I am looking for audio codecs. Obviously, VoIP companies will not disclose the working algorithms and codes in SIP

As per PC-to-PC, then this is different level and not just within the same HTTP protocol.
I want to be able to jump communication protocol levels.

VoIP companies do it somehow, but even so you can see not every country even has VoIP providers.
I'd assume their telecom relies on analogue equipment there, I guess need the code to work with ATA

Globally, countries may use T-carrier or E-carrier systems on their telecom equipment. So C++/Python code has to be in line to talk to those.

So yes, it is the need for open source, working algorithm, protocol conversion, frequency division multiplexing, pulse-code modulation, coordinates

Fair enough, there will be a cost. But this cost will be only a fraction. And as a bonus, personal development.

Telco's use layer three switching for transmission but local distrobution is still copper. Bottom line, you are going to need a lot more than "audio codecs".

I have been looking for a while via WebKit, Trident, Gecko engines and the invisible
for various SIP trunking deployments, VoIP algorithms, PC-phone open source code, ITSP, PBX and such

All are with pre-packed, compiled up, ready made solutions with "premium" for international PC-to-landline calls.
