ssh -D<ip of your server>:9090 -o GatewayPorts=yes Username@UnixProxyserver.com
Now anyone else can configure their web browser proxy to point to <ip of your server>:9090 .

well if you change your ssh to ssh -D ip_address:9090 Username@UnixProxyserver.com, where ip_address is the ip_address of the linux box, then the XP boxes should be able to use the linux box as their proxy server.
