forgot username and password for SuSE 9.3 Pro
 

Complete newbie to Linux. Have installed SuSU Linux Pro 9.3 on desktop (also running XP). Both boot up fine, no problem there.
Problem is a stupid one. I cannot remember my username and password (was going to write it down when ran an errand, and the rest is sad history).
How do I recover them, or set up new ones when I can't get into the program?
Remember, I've used Windows all my life; my Linux knowledge is a blank slate.
