Forgot password for save file for Puppy Linux ?

I'm 100% a newbie for Linux
I download the Puppy Linux for a bootable usb. I had everything working fine until I log off and save the file. Now when I load Puppy Linux it ask for a password, I don't even know the password. Also it won't let me type in any kind of password. I try using the Puppy Linux boot menu, but nothing work.
Is there any easy way to fix this? Is there anyway to reset Puppy Linux?

Thank you for the help.

When you see the puppy flash screen, hit F2, then type in
PHP Code:

puppy pfix=ram

.
Choose "save to file" at either logoff or reboot and create a new save file.
Best wishes and hope you remember the next passwd.

puppy pfix=ram didn't work

I try typing in puppy pfix=ram but it did't work. When I type it in and hit enter, this what happen next.
pup-420.sfs not found. Dropping out initial - ram disk console .....
/bin/Sh:can't access tty: Job control turn off #

If I would to download Puppy Linux again and put it on a brand new USB, would that fix the prbolem? Or will it still ask me for the same password?

I format the usb and re-download Puppy linux, but the same problem happen.
Thank you for the help.
