I forget my linux root password,Plz help me?

its nice to forget but

hi,

do you have some password on boot loader I don't know which you are using. if you have not any password in the bootloader then you can change your root password. if you then I can't help.

Boot into single user mode or pass init=/bin/bash upon the grub or lilo boot prompt and change root's password that way.

I think people rarely setup bootloader passwords....

What Linux are you using? What bootloader? ie grub or lilo.

You can also boot from the install disk and do any of several options from there.
