Footprint Mismatch

What do I do about a footprint mismatch? I'm using Crux 2.3 and I'm attempting to install claws-mail. The install fails, then it tells me a "footprint mismatch was found" and then it proceeds to spit out a bunch of file locations that relate to claws-mail. My question is where do I begin?

Thanks! I guess I just didn't look hard enough in the FAQ.

Your welcome, no worries, everyone overlooks things from time to time. It's easy to do especially if you've gotten frustrated by something that you feel should have been simple. Hope you get it sorted.
Good luck. ;-)
