Fluxbox startup programs on DSL 3.0 (.xinitrc file)

I am using DSL 3.0 with the normal Fluxbox WM. Everytime I start up DSL and go into Fluxbox, it opens Dillo on the DSL homepage. After a little research on how to get rid of this, I found out that it can be done in the /home/dsl/.xinitrc file. I emacs the file and this is what it looks like.

Code:
#put X window programs that you want started here.
#Be sure to add at the end of each command the &

KEYTABLE="$(getknoppixparam. lua KEYTABLE)"
DESKTOP="$(getoption. lua $HOME/.desktop wm)"
ICONS="$(getoption. lua $HOME/desktop icons)"

# For non-US Keyboards
if [ ${KEYTABLE:0:2} != "us" ]; then
  xmodmap -e "clear Mod4" -e "add Mod5 = Mode_switch" &
fi

#if egrep -qv noicons /proc/cmdline 2>/dev/null; then
if [ "$ICONDS" == 1 ]; then
  for x in 'ls -1 .xdesktop/+.hide 2>/dev/null'; do rm-f ${x%.+}; done
  iconsnap. lua &>/dev/null &
  xtdesk.sh
  ;;
  jvm )
   ./.background
   sleep 2
   exec jwm 2>/dev/null
 ;;
 * )
   evec fluxbox 2>/dev/null
 ;;
esac
There was a line in there for Dillo at first, and I removed it. (I didnt back up the file, so I couldnt tell you what the command on the line was, but I do know it was for Dillo).

When I startup fluxbox, I still get this Dillo startup. How can I get rid of this?

there may be a system-wide file.. search for 'xinitrc' from the root directory / then check that file. if no results, then try with a period in front, but i dont think it has one.
