If you copy your menu file over, it won't update the name at the top correctly, do fluxbox -version and see what you get, you might just have to change the first line to resemble what you want. Heres a sniplet from my menu file.
Code:

[begin] (Fluxbox-0.9.9)
        [exec] (aterm) {aterm -tr -trsb -bw 0 -cr white -fg white +sb -sr -bg b$
        [exec] (GKrellM) {gkrellm}
        [exec] (mozilla) {/brian/openmozilla}
<snip>

[EDIT]You can name it whatever you want really. Doesn't matter I guess.[/EDIT]
