Fluxbox and Openbox themes

Can Fluxbox and Openbox themes be used in either WM by default,or do they need to be changed? Bcoz both come from Blackbox, right?
Warn me if i'm saying something stupid...please.

Nope, Openbox now uses an XML format for all it's config files and themes. Blackbox2/fluxbox are compatible but Blackbox since v3 uses a new format too so these days they are all different.
