Floppy boot for RedHat 8 isolinux?

I have several computers but one is an old P100. This computer does not boot from a CD so it needs a floppy boot disk. I have Linux Red Hat 7.0 on it currently as well as Windows 98. I have a copy of Linux for Dummies which has a copy of Red Hat 8.0 that I would like to install over 7.0.
The instruction in the book state that there is a dosutilities directory and that I could use rawwrite to create a boot image diskette. All I find however is isolinux. Can someone help me to create a floppy that I can boot from to install this later version of Linux Red Hat?

Use your windows 98 to create a boot disk with cd support, boot from that, use the command line to switch to your cd (usually the d drive) and then run the install program from the cd.
