Hi. There is a well written article at the Ubuntu help website that can help you install browser plugins. You need to enable the multiverse repository (if its not already enabled) and then use the package manager to install ubuntu-restricted-extras.

Assuming that you are using Firefox visit this link https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:7 to install Flash Plugin
