Angry Flash player vs You Tube

Since the update of Flash 10 my sons netbook (Ubuntu 9.04) has not been able to play any Videos or flash anim via Firefox 3. I have tried many different processes, ways, remedy's etc I have got flash content working but still video on you tube is very poor. The video content plays the sound but the video is frozen. I have been trying now for a week, learning as I go but not resolving problem. Can some one please help my overall linux knowledge is very limited.

I Know your problem
it's because of the flash player 10 on linux
it has some bugs
you have to install flash player 9 to solve your problem ...
or install the lastest version of firefox and then re-install flash player 10 or 9

I hope it solve your problem.

and at last please excuse me for my bad english.
