Flash player overlaying websites

So I am running Ubuntu feisty on my home computer and whenever I am surfing the web and a site comes up, like mlb.com, my flash player loads on top of the website and seems covers the drop down menus from the top bar. I tried lowering the font but that didn't work and it dose this both on opera and firefox. If this is confusing I just mean the player seems to be set on a higher layer than the rest of the site but is located in the correct location...Is their something I'm missing with the flash plug-in? Thanks

I keep hearing that it's just a quirk in Flash for Linux. There was a post about it on the official Linux-Flash blog, and it is apparently going to be addressed in the future.
