Need more Information...

Can you send me a screen shot of the main lubuntu page so I can better understand. I don't use lubuntu.

You should be able to dowload software here then...

Okay this is what you need...

sudo apt-get install chromium-browser
....then do this...
Code:
sudo apt-get install lubuntu-restricted-extras lubuntu-restricted-addons
