Flash buffering issue
 
Hi I have problem with flash videos when I open any it buffers for 20s-30s and then it stops or any site not just youtube this issue is with Fedora and Ubuntu machine but Windows computers work fine on same network

How fast is your internet connection? Note you don't have to answer this question here, but just to yourself, video stream require large bandwidth so it can load fast and can be reproduced right the way, at least 5MB speed connection is recommended for somewhat smooth performance and that depends on the video quality, higher resolutions are havier and will demand even faster connection, more the better. What you could do is wait the video to load before start playing it, choose the lower resolution videos.
Your video card is another factor the will influence the result, if it is an old model and depending on how much things are running in your system that uses video it might be short on memory.
