Unhappy Firefox1.5 under SUSE

Hi,
I am running Suse 10.0 Sus with Firefox 1.0
I have downloaded the firefox 1.5 upgrade tar ball, uncompressed into a separate directory under /home/firefox1.5tar.gz

When I try to ./configure nothing happens
This version 1.5 will only run if I explicitly go to the directory and run the .sh script.

Firefox 1.0 still runs by default. How do I get the 1.5 version to run by default ?

I can't seem to even find the 1.0 version on my Suse machine .
Can anyone help. Since I'm relatively new, I need detailed instructions. Thanks in advance for your help.

The default location for Firefox on SuSE 10.0 is in /opt/mozilla/firefox/. If I remember correctly, you use ./firefox to run it. Hope this helps!

Just use this link to get the rpm and install with YaST

http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat....i586.rpm.html

You have to scroll down just a bit to find the download link. Don't download the .src.rpm file.
