Firefox, Could not initialize the browser's security component?

Hi to Whom it may concern

I had dependency problem with my Suse machine and I had too rebuild.
One of the thinks I did was to copy the Firefox folder into a disk and copy it back down to the rebuild machine.
Now everytime I open FireFox I get this error message on my screen.

Error Message:

"Could not initialize the browser's security component. The most likely cause is problems with files in your browser's profile directory. Please check that this directory has no read/write restrictions and your hard disk is not full or close to full. It is recommended that you exit the browser and fix the problem. If you continue to use this browser session, you might see incorrect browser behavior when accessing security features. "

Remember it says,"PLease check that this directory has no read/write restrictions!!"You may have your settings set too high from your previous state.

what directory do I need to check or where do I change the settings?

I resolved it by uninstalling Firefox and reinstall it
than exporting the bookmark into Firefox..

The issue 'Application's security Component' will be solved if the file cert8.db for the application is removed and restarted th application.
Look the step by step instructions for removing that file and to solve this issue:
